No matter how well trained your furry friend is, accidents happen. If at all possible, clean up urine as soon as it hits the floor and while it’s still wet. What is UPS?
UPS is a urine contamination neutralizer and has an incredibly effective acid detergent spotter for treating tannin, salt, or alkaline based spots and spills on carpet and upholstery. This product is used as a first response to urine deposits, because it contains an odor counteractant and decontamination deodorizer it can effectively eliminate odor on some urine deposits.
How does it work?
UPS is a pres-spray that effectively dissolves and dislodges alkaline salt residues that build up in urine deposits and neutralize sticky lipids and contamination allowing any urine deodorization solution to work faster and more effectively. Because of its acid detergent spotter, it can also be used to eliminate spots caused by coffee, tea, wine, soft drinks & many ice melt compounds in carpeting.

Directions:
When using any chemical on fiber, you always want to pre-test the product in an inconspicuous area for colorfastness prior to treating the area. When mixing UPS, use 1 part solution and 4-6 parts hot water. Using a spray bottle, saturate the affected areas. Allow UPS to penetrate area for 3 to 10 minutes. After maximum 10 minute dwell time, flush carpet liberally with water. This is best performed by utilizing a machine that can spray water and extract out thoroughly.
